Who We Are

We are licensed realtors Manny Boparai and Manni Gill and together we specialize in a wide variety of real estate services including condos, townhomes, presales, new and pre-owned single family homes, and development and investment properties, partial leasing, and purchases. In addition to sharing the same name, we both have very similar work ethics and styles and most importantly, the joint goal of building client relationships for life. We strongly believe in the value of what we do and the potential for growth within our industry and strive to stay continually educated on the latest trends in the North American real estate market. We also believe in staying active within our own industry whenever possible as demonstrated by Manny Boparai’s ongoing volunteer directorship with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB).

How We Do It

Step 1

The first step in our process has nothing to do with selling or buying. It instead has everything to do with personality fit. We offer all of our first time clients a complementary initial face to face meeting, where, in addition to discussing your unique needs and wants (and price point!), we can also gauge whether or not we are the right team for you.

Step 2

The next step in our process is to apply our knowledge about what is happening in your market from what other properties are selling for to what your typical buyer looks like to ensure that you get the best value from either your purchase or your sale. We believe in being proactive and beating the rush so wherever possible we will try to get your listing out in a timely manner that ensures exposure to the maximum number of buyers.

Step 3

We also know how to showcase homes properly. When you list with us we will not only help you set a competitive price point but will also help you stage your home. By walking through your home in the same manner that a buyer may, we can address areas of your home that need attention in order to maximize the potential of any showing. When your home is being shown you want it to speak to any and all potential buyers from families to retirees to investors. You also want the features of your home to stand out – i.e. the lovely mantle rather than your photos from last year’s reunion. We will provide pointers that allow your home to be sold for its uniqueness and features rather than the furniture or décor that’s in it. We can also recommend professional stagers if requested to take your listing up that extra notch.

Step 4

Now that your property is looking at it best, we will arrange a time for professional photographers to come in to take photos of the interior and exterior. We also may recommend having a videographer come through as well as having a virtual vantage point of your property can be quite compelling.

Next we will market, market, and market some more your property through Realtor.ca, our corporate office site, our website, and the local media. It will also be pushed out through our social media networks. We will look at our pool of potential buyers and advise if we have a suitable fit. We will pull out all the stops to get your property sold for the highest value available.
